Greetings, I am Leyla Herr, a dedicated wife and mother to three vibrant children, and I have devoted my life's work to the pursuit of optimal health, happiness, and fulfillment. My journey has encompassed a multifaceted exploration of what it means to live a vibrant life.
I am a seasoned Life Coach specializing in empowering individuals to architect their own success path. My personal journey
In my younger days superficially, my main emphasis rested on achieving a physically fit appearance. I sought to conform to societal ideals and expectations that seemed to dictate how I should present myself in this world. However, I eventually came to the realization that incessantly stressing over achieving the "perfect" body and the most efficient methods for shedding fat and staying fit were far from the life I truly aspired to lead. The concept of a "perfect" body is elusive, and even if it were attained, would it truly lead to lasting happiness? The answer, I surmised, is likely not. My spirit and soul yearned for a different path, one that delved inward to find inner peace and joy by listening to the whispers of my heart and honoring the wisdom of my intuition. Deep within us, we often know what steps we need to take next. The challenge lies in quieting the noise around us, asking the right questions, and having the courage to follow our inner guidance.
What path will you choose? There is no universal answer, as each person's journey is unique. Today, my personal voyage has led me to assist others in uncovering their own perfect path toward achieving the life they dream of and genuinely deserve. But how does someone like me, you might wonder, qualify to coach other women in matters of Life and Health?
Six years ago, after a successful 15+ year career in Health and Fitness, I faced the challenges of motherhood and aging in my late 30s. It became increasingly challenging to maintain both the physical form I desired and a positive self-image. Moreover, my once-undying drive and motivation for success seemed to have vanished overnight. In response, I embarked on a profound inward journey. I invested countless hours in expanding my knowledge, experimenting with novel approaches to health and fitness, and refining my nutrition and exercise routines. Most importantly, I crafted and implemented personal growth practices that enabled me to regain control over my mind and body. These practices reduced stress, restored restful sleep, and cultivated confidence in my self-image, nutrition, exercise regimen, and more. Each day, I continue to grow stronger, more self-assured in my purpose, spirit, and body.
As we age, our bodies undergo transformations and necessitate different forms of care. The protocols for a woman in her 20s differ markedly from those suitable for a woman of 35 and beyond, especially one who has borne children. Furthermore, navigating the complexities of one of life's most critical relationships—marriage—adds another layer of complexity. Our responsibilities span numerous facets of life, and within these multifaceted lives, prioritizing our mental health and well-being is paramount. It is time for women to rekindle their energy and regain a sense of fabulousness, and it all begins with the consistent adoption of small, impactful life changes and habits.

Let's simplify the process once more. Instead of spending your hard-earned money on ineffective solutions, it's time to uncover a nutrition path that genuinely suits your unique needs and objectives.
Are you overwhelmed by the complexities of nutrition, feeling stressed about what to eat and when to eat it? The world of nutrition can indeed be daunting. The constant demands of meal prep, meticulous calorie counting, and the prevailing belief that this is the sole path to weight loss can be both mentally and physically taxing. The fear of experiencing "hanger" (hunger-induced anger) when a meal is missed can add to the strain. To make matters worse, you might be grappling with digestive issues, experiencing persistent bloating, poor digestion, and an overall feeling of being "backed up."
The fitness industry often advocates for frequent eating, advising individuals to consume 6-8 meals every 2-3 hours to purportedly rev up metabolism and increase calorie burn. However, for many, this regimen proves to be a logistical nightmare and a source of constant stress. The feeling of being simultaneously full and hungry can be confounding, leading to the realization that there must be a more harmonious way to regain control of one's health and fitness.
Fortunately, there is a far less stressful approach to nourishing your body while simultaneously enhancing gut function. It's a holistic journey where less stress fosters healthier digestion. This approach involves mastering the art of constructing satisfying meals that provide sustained energy for hours. It also hinges on perfecting meal timing to optimize your vitality throughout the day, liberating valuable time and allowing your gut to operate as nature intended. Together, we can make your nutrition intuitive and straightforward once more, removing unnecessary complexities from your wellness journey.
Have you ever considered whether the prevalent health and weight loss trend of fasting, including training in a fasted state, is truly suitable for women? It may surprise you to learn that most of the research conducted on fasting and fasted training has primarily centered around men. In fact, a significant portion of nutritional research in general is skewed towards male subjects. While this research has yielded promising results, it's essential to recognize that women's bodies operate differently from their male counterparts.
Have you attempted training in a fasted state with the expectation of accelerating fat loss? I certainly did! For more than a year, I adhered to intermittent fasting for 16-20 hours daily, abstaining from eating until hours after my exercise routine. Additionally, I regularly engaged in 24-hour fasts, with a few extended 48-hour fasts thrown into the mix. My personal experience revealed some unexpected outcomes. I found myself lacking motivation to exercise, my stamina diminished, and I felt progressively weaker over time. Despite consuming fewer calories than ever before, my weight continued to creep upward.
To be clear, fasting is a powerful tool that offers remarkable health benefits, such as gut regeneration, anti-aging effects, and potential weight loss. However, it appears that mainstream portrayals of fasting may not be entirely aligned with the unique needs of women. There is a noticeable gap in information regarding fasting techniques tailored specifically for women.
The good news is that I have uncovered a formula ideally suited for women of my age group. This formula empowers women to feel focused and energized, maintain motivation and strength during exercise, build muscle, and effectively shed stubborn fat. The key lies in embracing introspection, listening to your body, and cultivating trust in your intuition.
